One-on-One Coaching

  • Six weeks. Six sessions. Enough time to get grounded, build momentum, and feel different heading into whatever comes next.

    We begin with an intake session to clarify where you are, what feels difficult, and where you want to go. From there, each 50-minute session is shaped around the direction you set.

    Between sessions, you’ll have access to message support if something comes up. At the end of each session, you’ll decide on your own next step — something practical, personal, and connected to what we discussed.

    You set the direction. I hold the space.

    Ideal for:
    Teens dealing with school stress, motivation struggles, confidence issues, friendship challenges, or a semester that feels harder than it should. Emerging adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next. Parents navigating difficult family dynamics or supporting a struggling child.

  • 12-Week Compass Block — $850

    Twelve weeks. Twelve sessions. Enough time to get grounded, go deeper, and build the skills to keep moving forward after we’re done.

    We begin with an intake session to clarify where you are, what feels difficult, and where you want to go. From there, each 50-minute session is shaped around the direction you set.

    Between sessions, you’ll have access to message support if something comes up. At the end of each session, you’ll decide on your own next step — something practical, personal, and connected to what we discussed.

    Some things need more than six weeks. This is for those things.

Group Coaching

  • Six weeks. Six sessions. A small group — four people maximum — moving through similar terrain at the same time.

    We begin with an intake session to clarify where you are, what feels difficult, and where you want to go. From there, each 75-minute session is shaped around the shared direction of the group.

    Between sessions, you’ll have access to message support if something comes up. At the end of each session, you’ll decide on your own next step — something practical, personal, and connected to what we discussed.

    There’s something that happens in a small group that doesn’t happen one-on-one. You realize you’re not the only one. That matters.

    Ideal for:
    Teens and emerging adults struggling with school stress, motivation, confidence, social anxiety, friendships, loneliness, emotional overwhelm, or uncertainty about what comes next — and who would benefit from connection, support, and guided conversation with peers experiencing similar challenges.
