For School Administration and Guidance Counselors
You carry a lot of students. Some are stressed, disengaged, overwhelmed, or quietly losing confidence. They are not in crisis, but not fully connected or thriving either.
They need space to build resilience, communication skills, self-awareness, and follow-through. They need someone who can help them reconnect with their strengths, navigate challenges, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.
That's where I come in.
I work individually and in small groups as an additional layer of support alongside the work you're already doing. My approach is structured, relationship-based, and grounded in youth development, emotional regulation, and practical skill-building.
I maintain clear boundaries around the scope of practice and collaborate appropriately when higher levels of support are needed.
If it would help to have another steady, student-centered resource available, I'd love to connect.
